Database import/export

I'd like to see something for the Admin CP where you can upload the database of one's existing forum to it and also export it, something that Jcink has.

Would be handy for those wanting to move to this forum software instead of having to close one and start a brand new one again.

At the moment my current line of thinking is that the API would (eventually) enable you to do an import / export. Hopefully developers in the community would be able to make tools that read from a database dump and import that data to ForumSpark. Or of course the other way around too.

This opens it up to people who have way more experience of those other platforms than I do.

At least the API is a high(er) priority for me right now because it opens up all these kind of things faster than if I was to develop the tools directly integrated into the platform if that makes sense.
