Only one of my forums shows up on my ForumSpark Hub account

Not sure if this is a bug or if it's intentional, but only one of my forums shows up in my Forum Spark Hub account. I made a forum last year to test things out, but I was hoping my new forum Alt Forums would show up as well on my account. It has SSO enabled and is part of the directory as well.

Normally, any forum you're an admin on will show up in your "My Forums" tab in the Hub. I've got three listed there myself, so it's not limited to one and I'm not aware of any bug related to that.

Are you sure you used "Login with ForumSpark account" on both forums? That's usually the reason why one doesn't appear.

Try logging out of everything first, including the Hub. Then log back into the Hub, and after that log back into your forums using your "ForumSpark Account". That should sync them up with your "My Forums" tab.

If that doesn't help, let me know, and I'll add them to your account manually.

I just logged out of my account on my forum, and attempted to log in using my Forumspark Account and it created a duplicate account lol. So now a "new" account called "Ravenfreak_1" was automatically created. I also logged out of my ForumSpark Hub account prior to that. My forum shows up in my Hub account, but under the username "Ravenfreak_1" so it doesn't show up in the list "My forums".

Weird, that should not be happening. Let me review the SSO, there will be something I missed. Or a migration needs to happen.

Is it possible that you had two different emails? This would explain why you had a new duplicated account. A prevention is now in place, but if you do the process again as posted above, you should see them appearing on your Hub.

Welp turns out I used two different email accounts and I just realized it. xD Is there any way to get the two accounts merged? I just joined PostLoop in the Hub and it's under the "Ravenfreak_1" account but I wanted to be logged in under Ravenfreak.

Not at the moment I'm afraid. This will be possible sometime in the future though.
