Domain Manager

I've set up a new domain at Namecheap and changed the CNAME on the domain to

Host @ and the value to boards.forumspark.net

Added the domain to domain manager. - Is it boards.forumspark.net or boards.forumspark.net. with a dot?

Getting this error with the domain.

Check if there is a typo in www.sparkpromotion.link.

If spelling is correct, try running Windows Network Diagnostics.

I see it’s verified on our end, so I’m not sure why it’s not working.

Not sure if you changed anything but it is reachable for me at https://sparkpromotion.link/

Also pointing @ towards boards.forumspark.net will just point the root URL (without www), if you want www as well you'll need to add www as a CNAME too.

Sorry, got called out for work, but your DNS needed to update. Sometimes it takes 5 minutes, sometimes much longer. As Jamie said, add the www too. I’ll make this more clear on the DM in a next update.
