What's the best game you've played recently?

I just finished playing one new game my friend recommended. He hyped it like it's the best of the best. After playing it, I don't see anything special. Sometimes I feel like people just overhype things for no reason. Not every “top game” is actually top in the real sense.

I've played so many video games recently that picking only one is going to be very difficult. I've been playing Top Eleven Football Manager for 8 years because it still remain the best football manager game I've played on mobile phone.

I play a lot less now with little kids but I did really enjoy Silent Hill 2 Remake.

Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life with Shite's natural texture mod. (Without the mod, the aesthetics are too garish and distracting for me.)

Top Eleven still survive after all these years? I used to play it seriously during one boring office period and the tactics aspect actually hooked me more than FIFA mobile. The painful part was waiting for tokens. I was talking about overhyped games today because some flashy new releases focus more on graphics than gameplay. Top Eleven may not have crazy visuals but it has addictive strategy
