Recent Activity Widget - how long before it updates?

I've had the Recent Activity Widget in place now for two days and I've had new threads/posts for the last 14 hours, but the widget on Drama Llama still says 3 weeks ago.

There was a cache issue. This is resolved in the new version.

The widget is working better...except I wonder why the first thing listed is something that was 3 weeks ago? The others in the list are accurate in timing.
