Allow for a "Home" link to direct to a website or page of our choosing and a "Forums" tab to the board index?

So basically, similar to Xenforo, let the "Home" tab have the option to direct back to a homepage or landing page of our choosing while the "Forums" tab have it directed to the board index.

In the case of ForumSpark here, the "Home" tab should direct back to forumspark.net while a "Forums" tab can direct back to the index of the support forums.
