Board Template non editable

Was trying to add code for an extension on board templates and it has boxes but they have no where to put text/code. Hovering the cursor over the box doesn't change the cursor. Clicking on the box does nothing and the title such as, "Below the Board" is clickable but that does nothing.

This is on my PC using both Chrome based and FireFox based browsers. I was, however able to click and paste on my mobile FireFox browser.

I’m guessing you mean board templates through the ACP?

I’m behind with work and the release that is upcoming. I’ll have a look and make sure this is fixed in the new release. As a work around, you could add it through the Theme Editor for now. 😊

Yes, through the ACP. No worries, I was able to copy/paste on mobile and I'll use the other workaround you suggested. Thanks!

super weird as I'm currently able to use those boxes/copy > paste code into all of the board templates.

Yes, same here.

Do you have any browser console errors or maybe browser extensions running that would conflict?

I’d be happy to login to your forum and see if there is an isolated issues on your forum.-

The only extension I have is Ublock Origin but I have it disabled. I've used all of my browsers. Librewolf, Brave, Mullvad, and FireFox. All of them are FF based except Brave which is Chromium based. Just noticed this same thing happens on editing the stylesheet. The only other thing I could think of is I have a DNS filter on my network for ads/trackers/malicious domains but I did use it just fine on my phone via its browser which was on the same network.

I am running on Linux, but I don't think that the operating system would really be a problem. I'll do some more testing to see if I can pinpoint it.

edit Ah.... When I changed my DNS it allowed me to start editing. Weird. Still working when I go back to my default DNS.

Well, I’m glad it’s resolved. 😃
