Can't make forum on Spark

When making a forum, I get "Something went wrong creating your board, please try again in a few moments." after toggling "I agree to the terms and conditions" and clicking Submit. Tried several times. Even downloaded a different browser to see if it was a browser compatibility issue.

I've just tested the registration and seems to be working fine. Could you let me know what details it is you'd like to register a board with?
