What Home Improvement Skills do you have?

What kinds of things do you know how to do around your home? Where did you learn it from?

We grew up poor, so my dad had to learn everything and his uncle was an electrician, so that helped a lot! When I got my first house, my dad showed me how to do things too. Lately it’s been YouTube because I can see things step by step and pause as needed.

I learned how to do plumbing and hot water heater installation on my own when I first moved out on my own.

Other than that, my wife is the handyman around the house. She manages a hardware store for a living, and I investigate state control violations and criminal activities, LOL.

She can fix it and I can get someone prosecuted 😛
