Monokai

A legendary editor palette, rebuilt as a full forum theme. The whole board lives inside a floating editor window with the rainbow syntax stripe running across the top, pink to violet, in both modes.

Dark mode is the classic: deep carbon surfaces, violet links, and near-black panel caps with syntax colored titles. Categories read in Monokai green, widgets in string yellow, exactly like code. Light mode is the same window on warm paper, but the chrome stays inked: dark caps, dark accents, white panels. A light editor theme that never loses its identity.

The details carry the palette everywhere: pink primary buttons and unread markers, usermenu icons as outline chips colored along the gradient line, quiet chip navigation, and outline watch buttons that light up pink.
