What's your favorite browser?

Do you have a favourite browser? Personally, my favourite is or have always been Google chrome. I've used everything else available before sticking with chrome. Brave browser is good also but chrome is the best for me.

Google Chrome has always worked well for me and got the job done! I admire all the features, extensions, and overall layout of Google Chrome on desktop and mobile. At one point, Google Chrome became corrupted on my old mobile device, so I switched to Safari for a while. Once I purchased a new smartphone, I switched back to Google Chrome.

I've been using Brave for years now, so I guess that's my favourite.

Chrome's nice, but my favorite ad blocker extension is no longer supported so I've switched back over to Firefox.

For nostalgia's sake, though, obligatory Netscape Navigator mention.

Wasn't it uBlock Origin they removed from the extensions store? I don't get why they would remove one ad blocker and not all of them.

My favourite browser is Duck Duck Go browser. It is a really cool browser with good security features. However, since the creators of the browser emphasized so much on security, the browser does not record history. That's a drawback.

Google chrome takes high RAM. I stopped using it long ago. I switched to something lighter. Chrome is good no doubt, but it's very heavy. For someone with a low end device like me, you will have to look for an alternative.

This is very much understandable because using Chrome would make your device to be lagging and slow. From my experience, Opera Mini should be a very good option for you because it's now large like Google Chrome.

I use a fork of Firefox for PC called LibreWolf and on Graphene OS(privacy/security fork of android) I use IronFox.

I've heard good things about Helium, but I haven't tried it yet.

Opera is not bad at all for low-end devices. I switched temporarily when my old laptop was making a loud sound anytime Chrome was opened more than three tabs. Chrome consumes a lot of RAM. Opera’s built-in ad blocker actually saved my sanity because some websites nowadays comes with the ads that can freeze the phone instantly.

Google Chrome is the best web browser I use even though it can be very laggy at times.
