Users should have the ability to request account deletion.
Users should have the ability to download all data that relates to them, this should include:
- User record (username, name, email etc)
- Topics
- Posts
- Shouts
- Historical name change requests
- Any data current session related data (ip and user agent)
- Topic read history
- Toll voting history
