Highlight to Quote

A lovely feature I see on other forum software is the ability to highlight specific text in a post to quote that text only. That way, people can be selective about what text they quote and not have to quote a whole reply to quote a specific portion or delete part of the quote on the reply screen to quote that portion only.

What do you think about this suggestion, @Cedric?

Good idea. There are a few improvements I want to make to the editor, the quote and the code blocks. This will be one of them.
