Registration temporarily disabled

When going to create a forum it states that registration is temporarily disabled and to visit the support forum.

I am wondering what the solution is for this or if there is a wait period?

I would like to create a new forum, but the page for creating a forum is still offline. There is no maintenance message shown, and I cannot see any information about why the registration is disabled.
Could you please enable the forum creation page again?
I would really like to create a forum, and it is difficult to understand why it is closed if there are no maintenance works happening.

I would like to create a new forum, but the forum creation page has been offline for more than two months. It still shows the message that registration is “temporarily disabled for maintenance”.
However, the official maintenance page shows no maintenance for February, March, or April, and there are no scheduled or ongoing maintenance activities listed.
Could you please check this issue and enable the forum creation page again?
