TOS? Abandoned?

Hi! I'm looking for a free host for a forum, and stumbled on you. But registration has been disabled, and I can't for the life of me find the TOS, which I want to review before I register. I saw, too, that a previous person mentioned the registration being disabled but it hasn't been replied to in almost two months. Has this project and free hosting been abandoned?

I am experiencing the same issue. The forum creation page has been disabled for a long time, and there is still no information about any maintenance or updates.
The maintenance page shows no scheduled work, and the status page lists all services as operational.
Since there has been no response from the admin in recent months, I would like to ask again if ForumSpark is still active or if the project has been abandoned.

Hello! Apologies for the delay in responding.

Due to the new UK Online Safety Act and associated Ofcom regulations, continuing to operate ForumSpark is no longer viable for me, as it places an unacceptable level of regulatory risk and responsibility on my shoulders. To mitigate that risk, I disabled new registrations to prevent additional boards from being created while I work towards transferring ownership.

I had originally intended to complete the migration a few months ago, but have not been able to dedicate the necessary time. As there remains some interest in the platform, I will make an effort to schedule time within the next month or so to progress the ownership transfer :)

ForumSpark has always been a side project undertaken in my spare time, so I appreciate your patience while I work through this transition.

I plan on taking over ForumSpark once Jamie is able to complete the ownership transfer. As a non-UK operator, I am not directly subject to UK jurisdiction in the same way, but I am still fully aware of the UK Online Safety Act and Ofcom’s regulations.

With that in mind, there are certain operational, policy, and structural adjustments that will need to be implemented to ensure the platform operates responsibly and within an appropriate legal framework going forward.

ForumSpark has clear value and interest from its users, and my goal is to ensure its continuity in a way that is sustainable, compliant, and properly managed.
