How do you re-engage a community that has gone silent for more than a month?

I was scrolling through an old forum and the place just felt empty. The last real discussion was almost one month ago. Back then, the threads used to be very busy with replies. Now everybody is on Telegram, Facebook and Discord. Sometimes, community energy is not something you force. Sometimes one strong conversation can wake everyone up again.

For me the best strategy is either buying posting packages from various webmaster forums or doing post exchanges with other forum owners and community managers. Posting packages and post exchanges ignite discussion immediately

For starters, it's not everyone that's on Telegram because I don't use the app. If there's less activity on your forum for a while, you can buy posting services, posting package jobs and post exchange to boost activities.

Buying posts sometimes brings activities a little but it rarely lasts long. People can smell artificial discussion quickly. What usually works better is dropping one strong controversial thread that sparks opinions. People naturally react to interesting topics.

I completely agree. But on the other hand, I'm usually very careful when it comes to using or posting controversial threads to sparks opinions because it can go both ways if not being careful. I've seen where such topic degenerated into a chaotic situation in a forum.

I think that buying posting packages could be a really excellent way to boost activity. I have seen many people purchasing packages on different forums and they got some excellent results when it comes to boosting activity on the forum.

All of the forum owners I know have been using posting package services from time to time. Forum Promotion and Admin-Junkies.com offer great posting services that's very reliable.
