Topic Labels for certain groups

It would be cool if we could set up certain topic labels to only be used by certain groups. Say for example a Read Me one that you only want staff to be able to set up.

Yes, the group permissions sound like a good idea. I'll implement this in the next update.

As an update, group permissions are now implemented. I'm also improving the labels by adding a clickable filter when viewing the topic list. Additionally, you'll be able to visually style them or choose from a few preset display styles. This will be available in release 1.3.4.
