RIght now the new topics widget could be a little confusing as it doesn't show which one is the last reply, see here:
It's the bottom one after the body of text for the 1st post of a topic. I think if you're going to show who replied last within this widget a "Last Reply:" indicator would make things a bit clearer & easier to understand.
