Have you banned anyone recently?

When it comes to forum management, no matter what you do, there will always be that member(s) who doesn't care about breaking the forum rules and damning the consequences. They are simply troublesome and can't be controlled but banned.

Who was the last member you banned in your forum? Why did you ban the member?

I do not own a forum. Having said that, I would not ban anyone immediately until or unless they have posted something extremely offensive on the forum. I think that each and every forum has a warning system. Admins can discuss problems with the members in case if admins think that members have violated any rules. Members should co-operate with the admins.

I've only had to ban one member of my forum for non-spam reasons, and my board has been around since 2018.

I really wish if I could ban a certain member from certain forum. If I were the owner of that forum, then I would have certainly kicked them out of the forum. I have seen people posting offensive content, which is unacceptable.

Banning people in a forum is not easy but sometimes it's necessary 😅 I was helping one friend manage a small group and a guy was just out of order. We tried to warn him, but he didn't listen. In the end we deleted his account.

I don't pull out the ban hammer quickly in my forum unless it's for a serious offense. It's just like few days ago when someone was banned on Forum Promotion because he made death threats to others. Such acts attracts immediately life ban in my forum.

Some forum users do not actually contribute meaningfully to the platform. The last person i banned was posting fake betting codes every single day and insulting anybody that questioned him. Funny enough, once you ban them, they will find a way to create another account.
