How to break sugar addiction?
All I can say is it's tough. I've been majorly cutting back on sugar for the past two to three weeks, since I apparently have gum disease that I have to go and get a periodontal cleaning for. I looked up on ChatGPT some things you can have if you're suffering from sensitive gums, and one of the things was smoothies, and I've been drinking more of them since I read that. They haven't affected my gums, it seems.
Sugar addiction is a real battle 😅 I used to drink soft drink every single day like it's water. until the doctor told me to reduce it. That was when I knew it had gotten serious. Now I try reduce it, but it's not easy.
Don’t take my sugar away. But yeah, to be honest, I need to stop eating sugar so much and I think once you start eating sugar that it’s too hard to stop.
