Spend money or save?

Which type of person are you? The one who likes to spend money or save money?

I have always been a big spender in my life. It’s not until the last two years or so I’ve started being much more mindful with my purchases. Better late than never?

My husband and I are both extremely frugal!! His mom was young when she had to be put into an assisted living facility and then a memory care unit, so that’s always in the back of his mind. Those places are not cheap.

We did spend a nice chunk of money on a new car for me last week! He got me a 2027 Toyota Camry in the color Ocean Gem, which is really pretty, and it’s a hybrid so I’ll get very good gas mileage. My other vehicle was a gas guzzler so I just didn’t drive to too many places if I could help it. Maybe now I’ll go out more?
