So I've been playing around with customizations and widgets on my forum. I just realized that for some reason there are 2 shout boxes (see screenshots) when only 1 is shown as an active widget (below board). Even when I disable/delete the widget, it removes one of them and the other remains which is odd.
Nothing is in the board templates that would be causing this, even when I disable the shoutbox entirely, one of them still remains.
So I just figured it out, they are 2 different settings🤦♂️ Enabling the shoutbox in settings and adding it as a widget will duplicate it
