It's natural to see members and guests/bots on the Users Online list as with every other forum platform and, it would make more sense for admins and mods to be able to see IP addresses them also.

As the topic title implies. I think this should be done because no one wants to be navigated away from a site when they are viewing the site. You could have it where all links open in a new window/tab, or perhaps off-site links only.
